1. Service Description
Kosh Algos provides automated algorithmic trading software that executes pre-defined trading strategies on your behalf through your connected broker account. We are a technology provider, not an investment advisor.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, have an active Angel One trading and demat account with F&O trading enabled, and have sufficient margin to execute the selected strategy's lot sizes.
3. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are due in advance. Failure to pay will result in strategy deactivation. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST.
4. Trading Risk Acknowledgement
By using Kosh Algos, you acknowledge that algorithmic trading in derivatives involves substantial financial risk, you may lose more than your initial margin, and past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for trading decisions made by the activated strategies on your account.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, exchange outages, or technical failures may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for missed trades due to such outages.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for trading losses, brokerage charges, taxes, or any consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
