1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone), broker API credentials (stored encrypted), and usage data when you access our platform. We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are processed by our payment partner.

2. Broker Credentials

Your Angel One API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Credentials are used solely to execute trades on your behalf. We never share your credentials with third parties or use them for any purpose other than strategy execution.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate the trading platform, send trade alerts and notifications, process subscriptions, improve our strategies, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security including SSL/TLS for data in transit, encrypted databases, access controls, and regular security audits. In the event of a breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@algo.kosh.club. Account deletion will remove all personal data within 30 days.
