Refund Policy

1. Telegram Signal Plans
Telegram signal plans are billed monthly (₹3,000/month for a single market, ₹5,000/month for both). Once a billing cycle has begun the fee is non-refundable. You may stop at any time, and your channel access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
2. No Lock-In
There is no minimum commitment and no lock-in period. Simply let us know if you do not wish to renew, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
3. Auto-Execution Service
Managed auto-execution is arranged individually. Fees, billing period and refund terms for that service are set out in the agreement provided to you at the time of onboarding.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a verified technical failure on our platform that caused missed trades or incorrect execution, you may be eligible for a subscription credit. Each case is reviewed individually.
5. No Refund for Trading Losses
Subscription fees are charged for access to the software platform, not for guaranteed trading profits. Trading losses are not grounds for a refund.
6. How to Request
Email refunds@algo.kosh.club with your account email and reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
