Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation.
2. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
3. Annual Plans
Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days of the subscription (excluding the trial period). After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a verified technical failure on our platform that caused missed trades or incorrect execution, you may be eligible for a subscription credit. Each case is reviewed individually.
5. No Refund for Trading Losses
Subscription fees are charged for access to the software platform, not for guaranteed trading profits. Trading losses are not grounds for a refund.
6. How to Request
Email refunds@algo.kosh.club with your account email and reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
